The New Zealand International Science Festival is a one-of-a-kind event in New Zealand, so this was a particularly exciting project for the design team who chose to work separately on the brand initially, combining their designs to develop the final version of the brand.

The new brand was the change in direction the board and patrons were looking for. The board enjoyed the collaborative approach of the design team, and felt that the new brand provided the festival with flexibility in terms of colour and application, providing a bold, fresh new look for the future.
