They deliver a safe, reliable and sustainable electricity supply across Ōtepoti Dunedin, Central Otago/Wānaka, and Tāhuna Queenstown to close to 100,000 customers. Which also means a wide range of service providers and contractors interact with their network on a daily basis.

Walsh and Beck worked with Aurora Energy’s internal communications/marketing team to develop a Contractor Safety Campaign to improve understanding and awareness of the dangers and offering simple tips and advice on how to stay safe while working around powerlines, above and underground.

The creative team used a range of real-life scenarios to bring this campaign to life through multimedia channels including print, radio and digital platforms.
